Regardless of the size of an event, we can develop a suitable concept for every project.
Starting with a draft idea, we will develop a complete event design – in close cooperation with you – and also ensure its correct implementation.
In line with your needs and wishes, we will deal with all aspects of the event, so that you will already have a clear idea of how everything will unfold in advance.
The selection of a suitable venue is both the basis of every event and provides the backdrop for the implementation of the design concept.

On a smaller scale, we can implement technical concepts using our own in–house resources. For large scale events, we work with professional local partners.
FURNISHINGS & DECORATIONS
In addition to the technical equipment, we will, of course, also provide all additional event equipment and fittings.
We combine furnishings with matching decorations that complement the theme of your event to create an all-around, complete world that will captivate your guests.
To do this, we maintain a large stock of our own furnishings as well as a good network of partners who can assist us when required. From floral decorations to special, bespoke constructions – we can advise you on all aspects of your event.
Branding & Design
In addition to the branding, which is based on the theme or product being showcased, we can also offer you a visualization of the venue including equipment and setup. This gives you a clear overview of how the furnishings, decorations and branding will look while your project is still in the preparatory phase.

A major component in the success of any event is the catering. For this reason, we work with a large network of excellent caterers, with whom we have implemented numerous events at various locations in the past.
For sustainability reasons, we rely primarily on local partners who demand the highest possible quality standards.
The catering is put together according to your wishes. We can even ensure that it is thematically matched to your product. Vegan, vegetarian or meat options are always available.
Many different trades are involved in every event – especially when it comes to the final implementation.
We are able to draw upon a large pool of external staff who can look after your needs during your time on–site. This includes accreditation, coat check facilities, supervision of event areas and artists, and much, much more.
Since the chosen staff often acts in a cross-departmental capacity, we work closely with our Promotions Unit to ensure every aspect of your appearance functions smoothly.
In addition to on–site accreditation, we can also handle the management of all participants in the run–up to your event.
We can take care of the travel arrangements for your guests, the registration process for the event as well as support for any questions that may arise.
Using the well–established tools at our disposal, we can ensure yours is a digital and efficient registration process.
Event logistiCS & handling
In line with our portfolio of furnishings, decorations, technology and branding, we also have large storage areas in the heart of Berlin.
We handle all equipment logistics for your event ourselves and can thus react very flexibly to any change requests that may arise.
Of course, this also includes the setup and dismantling of these aspects after the event.
Even after an event has been successfully completed, for us the project is still not finished.
According to your wishes, we can create a comprehensive report covering the event that includes all relevant data and facts.
In addition, upon request, you will receive complete documentation of your event in the form of on-site pictures and/or videos.
